1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Golden Petroleum Holding LTD platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain only one account per person

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date
• Accept responsibility for all transactions made through your account

4. Investment Packages & Earnings

The Platform offers investment packages with daily cashback returns. The following terms apply:

• Tier 1 packages (500–5,000): 5% monthly cashback, up to 100 days
• Tier 2 packages (5,001–20,000): 5% monthly cashback, up to 200 days
• Earnings are credited daily and may be withdrawn subject to admin approval
• Package durations and rates are subject to change with prior notice
• All earnings are calculated based on the package terms at the time of purchase

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be confirmed by the administration before earnings begin accruing
• Withdrawal requests require administrative approval before processing
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in the platform settings
• Processing times may vary depending on transaction volume and verification requirements
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraud or violation of these Terms

6. Referral & Commission Program

The Platform operates a two-tier referral commission system:

• Level 1 (direct referrals): 15% commission on approved withdrawals
• Level 2 (indirect referrals): 10% commission on approved withdrawals
• Commissions are triggered only after admin-approved withdrawals are processed
• Referral codes are unique and non-transferable
• Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals, is strictly prohibited

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Attempting to manipulate earnings, commissions, or withdrawal processes
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications through the referral system
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Golden Petroleum Holding LTD does not guarantee that earnings will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Investment in oil and gas ventures carries inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek independent professional advice before investing.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request account closure by contacting us, subject to completion of any pending transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
